Join us on the first Monday of each month from 6:00–8:00 PM in the East Room of the Coffee House at University Heights Baptist Church. This support group is open to all veterans from any branch of service as well as first responders in fire, law enforcement, or medical fields who are navigating PTSD or trauma. Come as you are, connect with others who understand, and remember—it’s okay to not be okay.
