The Stillwater Farmers Market is committed to providing the freshest locally produced fruits and vegetables, choice cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and goat meats, eggs, cheeses, hand-crafted breads, jams, and jellies, garden fresh flowers, fresh cut herbs, and a variety of seasonal plants, as well as unique finds such as goat milk soaps and lotions. Held outdoors at the Prairie Arts Center on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the spring and summer. From November to March the market moves inside, offering a bit of shelter from the chilly prairie winds. Those in attendance on the third Saturday of each month (AKA "Super Saturday") can also take advantage of special appearances by experts on gardening and food production. i
