Overview
Fire Protection Discovery Camp will take place July 6–10 at the ENDEAVOR Lab, 215 N Hester Street, on the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater. Designed for students entering grades 9–12, this immersive engineering camp challenges participants to apply fire protection and safety principles through hands-on learning experiences focused on designing systems for safe evacuation, fire detection, and suppression under the theme “Burn to Learn – The Engineering Systems to Keep it Safe.”
Camp begins Monday at 1:30 p.m. and concludes Friday at 1:00 p.m., with full-day programming Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., along with evening activities unless otherwise noted. Registration includes accommodations, meals, design supplies, and a camp T-shirt.
