Norman McNickle has served the City of Stillwater since 1976. The City Council unanimously approved him as Stillwater city manager in February 2016. McNickle previously served as chief of police and director of public safety. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University. When time allows, you can find Norman fly fishing on the banks of a cold river in the highlands of Colorado. Norman and his wife, Deb, have plans to visit these Stillwater businesses when the time is right –

Norman enjoys representing Stillwater from Downtown Stillwater and strolling along Main Street, visiting The Botanic Garden at OSU, looks forward to the first pitch at O’Brate Stadium, and must be very hungry because he can’t wait to dine at every local restaurant! Let’s start with Bayou Bistreaux, a short walk from the Municipal Building for lunch, then dinner with his lovely wife at DaVinci’s.
