Friday Evening

Start your trip off right with a plate of world-famous cheese fries from Eskimo Joe’s! You will be grinning from ear to ear when your server arrives with a plate full of cheesy, crispy, deliciousness. Make sure to stop in next door and pick up a commemorative Eskimo Joe’s t-shirt, with the smiles recognized around the glove. After dinner, take a stroll through the Oklahoma State University's campus to enjoy picturesque landscaping and Georgian architecture. Family photos are popular while feeding the geese at Theta pond and next to the fountain in front of the Edmond Low Library. Saturday  Morning          

Crunchy, crispy waffles are what you’ll find at Just Wafflin’! Start your day with customizable sweet or savory waffles, topped with anything from peanut butter mouse to an almond crumble granola. Engage your senses and unleash your imagination while you wander through the trails of discovery at The Botanic Gardens at OSU, home to the TV show, "Oklahoma Gardening". Then, grab your bike and head to Lake McMurtry to ride over 30 miles of multi-use trails, play a round of disc golf, and jump in the water and test your skills with a kayak ride around the lake. 

Midday

It’s time to head to the wild side with a visit to Stillwater’s USDA Certified Animal Park, Lost Creek Safari! Get up close and personal with exotic animals like Tatar the zebra, Gilbert the camel, and all their friends. Owners Rusty and Carla create a once in a lifetime experience that all ages will enjoy. Ready for lunch? Order a world-famous coney or fried onion cheeseburger at  Coney Island on the Strip next to the OSU campus. Discover the oldest sport in the world and its evolution at the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum. The interactive exhibits and Olympic platform make for great photo opportunities while also learning about past presidents, actors, and our very own OSU wrestling greats! 

Saturday Evening

Satisfy everyone sitting around the table at the Original Hideaway Pizza. The Hideaway Special features a different topping on each slice so everyone wins! We recommend starting with fried mushrooms or mozzarella sticks before working up to an award-winning slice. After dinner, put your mind to the test at the Cypher Rooms where you will work together as a family to solve the puzzle in one of the themed escape rooms. And, there is always time for dessert at Blue Spruce. Discover hand-made gelato and sorbet in a variety of flavors to satisfy your sweet tooth right in the heart of Downtown Stillwater. 

Sunday Morning

There is no better way to end a weekend getaway in Stillwater than with a scratch-made cinnamon roll from Granny’s Kitchen!
