Stillwater is full of unique cuisine and flavors that will have you coming back for more-everything from savory Mexican dishes to irresistible cheese fries. Thanks to the Boomarang Diner, you can enjoy delicious home style food and the nostalgia of a 50s style diner.
The Boomarang Diner opened their doors in Stillwater close to 4 years ago. Cisco, one of the restaurant partners, opened the doors with prior experience at a Boomerang Diner in Shawnee, as a cook then quickly up to management, is no stranger to the restaurant business. The Boomarang Diner is best known in Stillwater for its Friday all-you-can-eat catfish lunch special. Seasoned and cooked perfectly, you will not leave hungry. A basket full of catfish, piping hot french fries and the most perfect hush puppies, Fridays at Boomarangs will quickly become a weekly highlight.
Some of their most popular weekly dishes include hot-of the-grill hamburger baskets, chicken fried steak served with white gravy and the freshest of side choices and, of course, their famous catfish.
The Boomarang Diner offers breakfast, lunch and dinner all day from 6am-9pm Monday through Saturday. Their friendly staff is up bright and early preparing the perfect meals from sun up to sun down. As soon as you walk in the doors, expect to step back in time with 50s tunes playing in the background and nostalgic photos of 50s icons. The checkered floor and retro details will sure to put a smile on your face.
