Stillwater, OK - Ten months after closing Joseppi’s in May 2014, Stan Clark announced today that the new concept in the prime location at 223 E. Hall of Fame will be called MoJo’s Rock ‘n’ Bowl Grill.

“We have worked very hard to develop this new concept and we think it’ll be exciting for our guests,” Clark said.  “Our menu will appeal to all ages, consisting primarily of the kinds of foods I was raised on.”

The menu will feature chicken fried steak, chicken tenders, hand-cut ribeyes, filets and sirloin steaks, exciting sandwiches and burgers, and delightfully fresh salads, with particularly tasty sides. “The feedback at our various tastings has been overwhelmingly positive,” Clark said.

The emphasis will be on fresh foods, prepared to order, served fast in a very casual and upbeat environment. And the four lanes of bowling will clearly be a unique addition to the Stillwater restaurant scene.

“Everything about this place reflects the attitude and culture that we’ve worked so hard to create for the past forty years here in Stillwater,” Clark added. “I’m passionate about quality, about friendly service, and about creating special memories for our guests. At the end of the day, we are all about FUN, and MoJo’s is going to be a lot of fun.”

The entire restaurant has been renovated and redecorated.  “It’s a brand new start from top to bottom,” Clark said.  “There’s some real energy in the way we’ve chosen to decorate the place beginning right at the new front door.”

The anticipated opening of the restaurant will be sometime in mid-May, and there’s a possibility that the bar and bowling operations will debut in late April, before the full restaurant is set to open.  When fully staffed, MoJo’s will employ more than 125 people.
