(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Nov. 30, 2020) – Today Mayor Will Joyce signed a proclamation extending the City of Stillwater’s State of Emergency and its guidelines and restrictions to Feb. 28, 2021. The guidelines and restrictions enacted by this new proclamation remain mostly the same, with a few changes made to work in tandem with the governor’s recent order.

Additionally, Mayor Joyce signed an amendment to continue making temporary permits for use of public way for outdoor dining available. Tonight, City Council will consider Ordinance No. 3456, which establishes guidelines for outdoor dining (strEateries) long-term. Today’s signed amendment extends the temporary order until the ordinance can go into effect.
