ABOUT THE COURSE
The OSU Cross Country Course underwent a recent multi-million dollar renovation in preparation for the 2019 Midwest Regional and the 2020 NCAA Cross Country Championships.
Construction of the course began on June 12, 2018 and was completed in late July 2019. The course was completely sodded and consists of just under one million square feet of Astro Bermuda grass. Carved throughout wooded areas and prairie with varying elevations, the course was also widened to 10-plus meters throughout. The new starting straightaway is 850 meters.
