STILLWATER, Okla. — Oklahoma State's women's tennis team has announced its spring schedule for the 2020-21 season. 

The Cowgirls closed out its fall season in dominant fashion at the Fall Series Championships in Stillwater. OSU showed they deserve recognition as one of the Big 12's best teams heading into the spring after crowning the doubles champion and claiming two singles championships. 

The Cowgirls will play 12 out of 19 matches at the Greenwood Tennis Center, including the Indoor National Championships in February. OSU has lost only three conference matches in the last three years. The last time the Cowgirls lost more than two conference matches in a season was in 2013.

OSU officially opens the season in Stillwater on January 16 against Missouri, followed by five straight home matches, including a Big 12 showdown with Texas on January 30. 

OSU will be preparing to host some of the nation's best at the Indoor National Championships in Stillwater on February 5-7. 

To close out February, OSU will host Central Arkansas before traveling to California to play back-to-back days against Pepperdine and USC on the 26th and 27th.

In March, the Cowgirls hit the road again, starting with a matchup against Tulsa on March 13, followed by a Texas trip to face the Longhorns on the 19th and Baylor Bears on the 21st. 


At the end of March, OSU will host back-to-back home Big 12 matches against Texas Tech on March 26 and TCU on March 28, before traveling to Norman for Bedlam Tennis on April 2. 

The Pokes close out the regular season with three straight matches at the Greenwood Tennis Center, followed by a road trip to Kansas. UCF visits Stillwater on April 3. OSU hosts West Virginia on April 9, Iowa State on April 11, before traveling to face Kansas State on April 16 close out the year at Kansas on April 18. 

The Big 12 Championship will be held in Waco, Texas, April 22-25. The first round of the NCAA Championship will be held May 1-2.
