STILLWATER – Defending national champion Oklahoma State Equestrian has announced its schedule for the 2022-23 season. 

The Cowgirls will have an intrasquad scrimmage on September 18 to prepare for the season. 

OSU will open its regular season schedule with back-to-back home meets, first hosting SMU on October 1 before welcoming Baylor on October 15 in the first Big 12 Conference contest of the year. 

On October 28, the Cowgirls will travel to Fort Worth and take on TCU in a rematch of last season’s Big 12 Championship meet. The team follows that by hosting Fresno State on November 4 in the third and final of three-straight Big 12 meets. 

OSU faces a road test with a trip to Auburn for a meet on November 18 that marks the end of OSU’s fall schedule. 

The Cowgirls will begin their spring schedule by hosting Georgia on February 11 as they prepare for three consecutive weeks of Big 12 competition. 

On February 18, OSU will travel to Waco, Texas, to take on the Baylor, and one week later, TCU comes to Stillwater for another Big 12 contest. Finally, on March 3-4, the Cowgirls will travel to Fresno for a joint meet with Fresno State and Delaware State, rounding out OSU’s conference regular season schedule. 

OSU’s regular season finale will take place in Stillwater on March 11 against Lynchburg and will be jumping seat only as the Cowgirls prepare for the postseason. 

Oklahoma State will look for its ninth Big 12 crown when it hosts the Big 12 Championships on March 24-25 in Stillwater. The Cowgirls will then conclude the season by defending their national title at the NCEA National Championship in Ocala, Florida, on April 13-15.
