The event will include workshops, presentations and case studies featuring industry professionals from Boeing, NASA, Oklahoma State and General Atomics. Small to mid-sized companies, advanced manufacturers seeking to grow and industry experts involved in developing the market for these systems are encouraged to attend.
“Oklahoma is a magnet for young entrepreneurs in wealth-generating industries like aerospace, energy, agriculture, security and telecommunications,” Stephen McKeever, Secretary of Science and Technology for the State of Oklahoma, said. “All of these and more will be transformed by unmanned aerial systems technology.”
Attendees can expect to join national UAS leaders in Stillwater for high-quality networking, case studies in UAS innovation, technology presentations and a technical workshop designed expressly for this new class of entrepreneurs.
Registration opens on 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, followed by a reception to network with key industry leaders and connect with attendees from 5-7 p.m. The event will kick off Thursday morning at 8:15 a.m. with a welcome breakfast at the Wes Watkins Center featuring McKeever, OSU vice president and general counselor Gary Clark and Lisa Navrkal, president and CEO of the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce.
