Organized and presented by the City of Stillwater, The festival will be held in Downtown Stillwater on Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, April 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will feature exceptional fine arts and entertainment for all ages. The festival is held rain or shine.

Festival entries are juried by a committee of four individuals with experience in various artistic media. Acceptance is based on quality and the balance of the various media entries.

Once again, Downtown Stillwater (Stillwater Business Improvement Distinct #1) is sponsoring the $500 Best of Show award. Festival Coordinator Rachel Palmer said, "We have a diverse group of artists ranging from local to around the country.”

Returning to the 37th Annual Stillwater is artist Steve Cast, winner of the 2013 “Committee Choice” award. Cast’s jewelry is featured on the 2014 commemorative poster.

Palmer said, "Many Stillwater residents attend every year to see what new and wonderful pieces their favorite artists have created, so they can add items to their collections. Other festival goers are looking for one-of-a-kind gifts—everything from Christmas to graduation to Mother's Day."

The festival will feature live, local entertainment, food vendors, artist demonstrations and children’s activities. The festival attracts more than 10,000 patrons ranging from true art aficionados and collectors to fans of the arts.

Entertainment begins on the afternoon of Friday, April 18. A Reading Flash Mob hosted by Stillwater Public Library will take place at 11:45 a.m. With free live entertainment available in downtown Stillwater from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Performers for Friday include: Corey Kent White at 7 p.m. followed by a downtown block party.

Free live entertainment continues from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the festival on Saturday, April 19 with Kalyn Robinson, Dave and Hannah Bradley (father/daughter), James Price Band, Jean Hill Irish Dancers, Stillwater Honor Choir, and Taylor Thompson.

This year's festival is sponsored by Visit Stillwater, Oklahoma Arts Council, Downtown Stillwater, Stillwater Radio, Stillwater NewsPress, and the Arts and Humanities Council of Stillwater.

The 37th Annual Stillwater Arts Festival is on Main Street between 7th and 10th Avenues and the alleyways on 8th and 9th Avenues between Lewis and Husband Streets. Festival hours are as follows:

Friday, April 18 (5 p.m. to 11 p.m.)
Saturday, April 19 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Sunday, April 20 (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
