(STILLWATER, Oklahoma / July 18, 2018) – Oklahoma State Equestrian has finalized its schedule for the upcoming 2018-19 season, it was announced today by Cowgirl head coach Larry Sanchez.  

The defending Big 12 Conference champions host five meets at Totusek Arena along with the 2019 Big 12 Equestrian Championship. OSU opens conference play on Oct. 13 at home against Baylor, while TCU travels up I-35 on Feb. 23. 

The Cowgirls open the season on the road in College Station where they’ll face off against Texas A&M on Sept. 28. Last season saw Oklahoma State take a 10-5 victory over the Aggies in Stillwater.

Non-conference opponents making the trip to Stillwater include West Texas A&M (Nov. 10), SMU (Feb. 16) and Fresno State (March 9). All home meets have free admission. 

OSU will venture on a two-day SEC trip on October 19-20 with stops at defending NCEA national champion Auburn and national runner-up Georgia. The Cowgirls travel to Fort Worth on Nov. 2 and Waco on Feb. 9 for their road Big 12 slate. 

The last road trip of the season is over a thousand miles away to Dover, Delaware, where the Cowgirls square off against Delaware State on March 1 and South Dakota State on March 2. 

OSU closes out the 2018-19 regular season against Fresno State on March 9 at home before hosting the Big 12 Championship later that month on March 29-30.  

The NCEA National Championships will be held in Waco, Texas, from April 17-19.
