White Rock Paddle Company, a paddle sports rental business, was established in 2010 in Dallas  on White Rock Lake. On Aug. 29 Labor Day weekend, they will be opening a new location on Boomer Lake at the corner of Lakeview and Washington.
 
“This group has had a very successful experience at White Rock Lake in Dallas,” said Barbara Bliss, recreation supervisor, “and we look forward to them enhancing the experience at Boomer Lake.”
 
Rental rates start at just $14.99 per hour and equipment can be reserved online at www.whiterockpaddle.com.  
 
Hours of operation will be Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. until sunset. They will be open Labor Day.
