The mission at Wings of Hope Family Crisis Services is to break the cycle of violence by providing safety, hope and empowerment. Wings of Hope provides safe and confidential services to victims of interpersonal violence and seeks social change through community awareness and client advocacy.

The Heroes for Hope Gala serves as the annual fundraising event to increase Wings of Hope's ability to reach those in need. In 2022, they served 873 victims of domestic violence, sexual assaults and stalking, and provided over 170 individual and group counseling sessions.

The event will take place at Sparrow Beginnings on Friday, August 25, 2023. The evening begins with a cocktails at 6 pm followed by a buffet dinners. Fabulous items are up for auction in both the silent and live auctions. Participate in the card game with a chance to share a $1,300 pot, or take home a bottle of wine in the wine pull. Finish the night with your friends on the dance floor.

This event is superhero themed to highlight that our community is comprised of everyday heroes. Guest are invited to come dressed as their favorite superhero. Go all out in a leotard and tights like Superman, or perhaps just your Superman logo t-shirt under your button down ala Clark Kent is more your style.
