The  Homemade Food Freedom Act allows a broad range of food products to be produced and sold out of the home within the state of Oklahoma without a health department licensing.  Specific training requirements are required by the law, specific training such as this workshop is required before doing so. 

The training will focus on: explaining the new law, labeling, allergens, good manufacturing practices, liabilities and legalities, food safety, and pH and water activity.
