Overview
Thousands of Special Olympics Oklahoma athletes will gather in Stillwater from May 14-16, 2025, for the annual Summer Games at Oklahoma State University. Over three days, athletes will compete in nine sports, including Athletics (Track and Field), Bocce, Bowling, Golf, Horseshoes, Powerlifting, Unified 3-on-3 Basketball, and Unified Softball. Additional events include Motor Activities and Stars of the Future.
The Summer Games offer more than just competition, with Olympic-style ceremonies, an Olympic Village, housing, food, and plenty of fun activities for athletes, coaches, and families. This year’s theme is Mardi Gras: "Let the Good Times Roll."
Athletes, coaches, families, and volunteers can sign up online before the April 1, 2025, deadline to be part of this incredible event. Hundreds of volunteers are needed to help make the event a success, so please consider volunteering!
