FAPC is pleased to hold its annual Research Symposium. The symposium will include oral and poster presentations of research conducted at the FAPC and OSU and a keynote address by Ms. Suparna Paul, Deputy Space Food Systems Laboratory Manager-SNSA at JSC. 

To participate in this year's FAPC Food Science Research Symposium, students must submit a PDF abstract by Feb. 13 and a PowerPoint of the slides they plan to present by March 10. Awards will be given to the top three student presenters in each poster and oral sessions for both the undergraduate and graduate categories
