Overview
Quantum Explorations is a ten-day residential summer camp designed to introduce Indigenous middle school and early high school students to the cutting-edge world of quantum information science and quantum computing. Blending cultural heritage with modern scientific discovery, this unique program empowers students to explore the possibilities of quantum technology while honoring Indigenous traditions and perspectives.
Campers will dive into hands-on learning experiences, participate in engaging workshops, and gain exposure to emerging career pathways in science and technology. The program is fully funded and free to all accepted participants.
This opportunity is open to students entering grades 6–9 (ages 11–14). Registration requires a brief explanation of how the student will benefit from attending. Each student must be registered individually, and space is limited. Applications will close once all spots are filled, so early submission is encouraged to secure participation.
