Each week participants will explore a different artist in depth, creating works inspired by their medium, subject matter, philosophy, and life. Each 4 day camp will include a combination of two dimensional and three dimensional projects, and will be divided into a 6-10 year old age group and an 11-14 year old group. As always, kids will learn a lot, play, explore, and expand their understanding of art and the world around us! All supplies included. Students will need to bring a sack lunch, as well as a light snack for morning break. Students need to wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get messy. Students are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle with the student’s name on it. 

This week will take a deep dive into the mesmerizing, self-created worlds of installation artist Yayoi Kusama. With Kusama as the guide, participants will create their own colorful, imagined worlds, both large and small, individually and collaboratively!
