OSU AGR Winter Bonanza at the Payne County Expo Center

Overview

Winter Bonanza is an annual cattle jackpot hosted by Pi Chapter of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. The first show was held on December 15, 2001 at the Payne Country Fairgrounds in Stillwater, OK- and has been held there ever since! The show is a two day Steer & Heifer show with two exhibition rings to compete in each day.


The breed classes we typically have are:
Commercial,  Jr. Mini Hereford,  Mini Hereford,  Angus, Red Angus, Brahman, Brangus, Charolais, Chianina, Horned Hereford, Polled Hereford, Limousin, Limiflex, Maine-Angus, Maine-Anjou, Maintainer, Shorthorn, Shorthorn Plus, and Simmental. (Three entires are required for a Breed)

The payout for Grand Champion in both rings A and B is $1500.
