The Prairie Arts Center is proud to introduce a community mindful movement class led by certified yoga instructor, Kelly Brusch. The intention of this class is to bring the practice of yoga to the community and to make it affordable and accessible to all, regardless of fitness level, experience, age, or ability.
Classes are designed for beginners or those looking for a gentle practice, and to deepen awareness of the benefits of movement. We will learn asanas (poses), pranayama (breath techniques), and how a regular yoga practice can help reduce stress and anxiety while increasing compassion for yourself and others.
Kelly Brusch has been practicing yoga for 13 years and obtained her 200-hour Teacher Training certification in Bali in 2019. She has taught yoga in Indonesia, France, and the USA. Kelly is a mother of two and a new resident of Stillwater.
2nd and 4th Saturday of the month beginning January 9th.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions:
Students must bring their own mat and wear a mask the entire time. Mats must be spaced at least 6 ft apart. Wear loose and comfortable clothing, dressing in layers, and bring a water bottle. (Staff will measure out mat spacing with an x for the top of the mat placement.)
