Overview

The Oklahoma State University Center for Research on Teaching and Learning (CRSTL) invites upper elementary and middle school students to take their coding skills to the next level at KIDS Advanced Coding Camp. Designed for students entering grades 5–7, this afternoon session builds on foundational programming knowledge and introduces campers to Python, one of today’s most widely used coding languages.

Campers will also work with Edison robots and participate in small group activities that promote team building, critical thinking, and creative problem solving. This interactive, hands-on camp provides the perfect environment for budding coders to sharpen their skills and explore more advanced concepts in a supportive and engaging setting.

Camp runs from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily and includes a T-shirt and snack. Space is limited to 24 participants, so early registration is recommended.
