Gym Rats is not a traditional camp, it is a six-week player development system! This format gives players the opportunity to build a stronger foundation of fundamentals through:

• consistent repetition of fundamentals to develop good habits and muscle memory


• daily shooting progression competitions to enhance the art of shooting


• over a dozen fun, objective skill challenges and competitions to work on it the gym or at home


• opportunities to scrimmage in an open gym setting
