Workshop Description:


Recall issues, as well as labeling laws, have a considerable impact on the way food manufacturers develop and process their products and need to be ready to do a recall in a moment’s notice if needed. Allergens are often a common reason for a recall and are of growing concern to both consumers and to food product manufacturers due to the potential harmful and serious physiological affects these allergens can have on people. This course is for anyone who develops new food products, works with food labeling or food ingredient suppliers or manages food safety programs.
