Dancing Turtle is Stillwater's Funky, Friendly Arts Festival held from July 25-27 in downtown Stillwater, Oklahoma.  We believe creating art builds community, and we invite you to be a part of it!

We've got live music, visual arts, dance performances, a film festival, activities for the kiddos, and vendors galore..and it's all free to the public! Plus, we've got shade and air conditioning, so that you can stay a while when you join us.​
