Overview
Cowboys Cure and Care: A Nursing Discovery Camp will be held June 10–11 at Scott Parker Wentz Hall on the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater. Open to students entering 10th–12th grade, this two-day immersive program introduces participants to the nursing profession through hands-on activities, skills labs, and simulations designed to provide a realistic preview of nursing education and career pathways. The camp includes an overnight stay in an OSU residence hall.
Sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma through the Blue Impact grant, there is no cost to attend. The program includes housing, meals, snacks, activities, supplies, and a camp T-shirt. Registration is required by May 1, 2026. Cancellation requests must be submitted by May 18, 2026, by emailing osunursing@okstate.edu.
