The Cowgirl Elite Wrestling Camp is an exclusive training experience for female wrestlers ready to advance their skills with expert coaching from OSU Men’s and Cowgirl Wrestling Staff. This camp focuses on advanced techniques, strategy, mental preparation, and personalized instruction based on film review. With limited spots and a low camper-to-staff ratio, this camp is designed to help you build confidence and a competitive edge.

Camp Schedule Highlights:
June 22: Final registration (3:30–5:30 PM), evening technique session & live wrestling
June 23–24: Optional morning conditioning, daily technique sessions, live wrestling, and meals
June 25: Final session with Takedown Tournament and departure at noon

 Lodging in Bennett Hall. Training held at Oklahoma State Wrestling Room.
