Classic Cinema at the Stillwater Community Center

Overview

The Friends of the Stillwater Community Center and the Stillwater Community Center Foundation invite you to attend the monthly movie series “Classic Cinema at the Center” in the Winfrey D. Houston Theater at the Stillwater Community Center! Doors will open at 6 pm. Showtime is at 7pm with snacks and water provided!


This month's feature is It's A Wonderful Life (1946). In this holiday favorite, George Bailey of Bedford Falls has given up on his dreams to help others. His imminent suicide on Christmas Eve brings the intervention of his guardian angel, Clarence Odbody, who shows George all the lives he has touched and how different life in his community would be without him.

Future planned dates for the series include: Jan. 11, Feb. 1, Mar. 8, Apr. 5, May 10, June 7, July 12, Aug. 9, and Sept. 13. Admission is free, however donations are accepted.
