Overview

Librarians from OSU's Edmon Low Library will present a series of workshops covering many aspects of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Whether you're new to AI and want to learn what it is and how it's shaping our lives, how to use it safely and ethically, or to learn about using specific tools, there's something for you!

Session 1 (Conversations Concerns) will cover how to reshape how we learn and work with AI, as well as whether we use it or not.
Session 2 (AI History and Function) will go over the evolution of AI and explain how tools like ChatGPT work.
Session 3 (AI Ethics and Safety) will have attendees explore the impact of artificial intelligence in our daily lives and learn simple privacy tips.
Session 4 (AI in Action) teaches attendees how to use ChatGPT and other tools in helping with everyday tasks, like writing emails, planning trips, and doing research.
