Overview

On December 5th and 6th, Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center at Oklahoma State University will offer a Basic HACCP Workshop which covers the basics of designing an HACCP plan. Employees responsible for developing, improving, or maintaining an HACCP system will benefit from attending.
