The School of Hospitality & Tourism Management in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University proudly present the 7th biennial Wine Forum of Oklahoma, April 21-22, 2023. Wine tasting, educational seminars, and gourmet dining will be featured during the two-day event on the OSU campus. The Wine Forum of Oklahoma is in keeping with the mission of OSU to provide a high quality education to students and to involve the community. 

This year’s Wine Forum theme, “Thinking Globally, Drinking Globally,” celebrates wineries from around the globe and recognizes the diversity of wines from the world’s great winegrowing regions. As Wine Forum will occur on Earth Day (April 22), this year’s theme also reflects wine’s valuable contributions to the discussion of environmental sustainability. Perhaps most importantly, this theme acknowledges wine’s unique ability to bring people together from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs and unite them in their shared passion for this wonderful beverage.
