Oliver, Gordon and Black join Martin en route to the NFL.

STILLWATER – The final day of the 2025 NFL Draft saw three more Oklahoma State players selected Saturday as edge rusher Collin Oliver was picked by the Green Bay Packers with 159th overall pick in the fifth round, running back Ollie Gordon II was picked by the Miami Dolphins with the 179th overall pick in the sixth round and cornerback Korie Black was picked by the New York Giants with the 246th pick in the seventh round.

Oliver is the ninth OSU player to be drafted by the Packers and the first since Derrel Gofourth was drafted in 1977, while Gordon is the sixth Cowboy to be selected by the Dolphins and the first since Vincent Taylor in 2017, and Black is the eighth Cowboy to be drafted by the Giants and the first since Rodarius Williams in 2021.

Their selections combined with Nick Martin’s selection Friday night give Oklahoma State four NFL Draft picks in 2025 to mark the fourth time in the past eight years that four Cowboys have been drafted.

Mike Gundy has now coached 42 NFL Draft picks during his head coaching tenure at Oklahoma State, including 15 in the past five years.

A three-time all-conference pick who would have likely earned a fourth if his senior season hadn’t been cut short to injury. Oliver played in 43 career games at OSU, including every game since he arrived on campus until his injury. He made a big impact as an edge rusher and at linebacker, earning team captain honors from his teammates and setting the OSU career record with 33 quarterback hurries. He also finished fifth in OSU history with 23.5 sacks and 167 yards from sacks, fourth with 40.5 tackles for loss, seventh with 198 tackles for loss yards and tied for 12th with five forced fumbles.

Gordon led the Cowboys in all-purpose yards each of his final two seasons in Stillwater in 2023 and 2024. He had a historic season as a sophomore in 2023 as he led the nation in rushing yards on his way to earning the Doak Walker Award, unanimous All-America honors, Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year and more Heisman votes than any other running back. He wrapped his Cowboy career ranked sixth in school history with 36 rushing touchdowns and 12th with 2,920 rushing yards.

Black played five years at OSU, finishing with 62 career games played and 38 starts. In his final season, he was voted a season captain by his teammates and his three interceptions led the team and ranked No. 8 in the Big 12.  In 2023, he allowed only 16 receptions to rank No. 3 among all FBS cornerbacks with at least 350 coverage snaps.
