OSU Softball Enters NCAA Tournament with Top Five Ranking
STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State softball team checks in as a top-five team as it begins its NCAA Tournament run. The Cowgirls are ranked No. 4 by ESPN.com/USA Softball and No. 5 USA Today/NFCA Coaches Poll.

After falling in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Softball Championship against BYU, 7-2, the Cowgirls received the 5th overall seed in the NCAA Tournament and will play host to Kentucky, Michigan and Northern Colorado this weekend. OSU opens the Stillwater Regional against Northern Colorado at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17 at Cowgirl Stadium.
