Stillwater, OK (October 1, 2014) — The Oklahoma Travel Industry Association has partnered with the Lt. Governor Todd Lamb to produce the Lt. Governor’s Travel and Tourism Summit. Visit Stillwater and Meridian Technology Center will be hosting the event on October, 15th.
Cristy Morrison, Visit Stillwater’s Executive Director, secured Mike Fullerton, Director of Public Affairs at Brand USA to speak at the summit after attending the Oklahoma Conference on Tourism where Fullerton was a keynote presenter. He will be speaking about the power of travel promotion and marketing for both rural and urban communities in the United States through Brand USA as well as the economic impact of promoting travel. Lt. Governor Todd Lamb will also hold a town hall style discussion about tourism development across the state.
Registration for the Lt. Governor’s Travel and Tourism Summit is open at www.otia.info. Registration will remain open until the day of the event and at the door as well.
