STILLWATER – Eric Morris will be introduced as Oklahoma State’s head football coach at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Conoco Phillips OSU Alumni Center on campus. The event is free and open to the public.

There is no reserved parking. Attendees should enter the Alumni Center from the Hester Street entrance on the west side of the building. Recommended dress is gameday orange.

Morris was officially announced as head coach of the Cowboys last Tuesday but remained with his North Texas team and coached it to a win over Temple three days later. The victory secured the Mean Green’s first 11-win season and its first appearance in the American Athletic Conference championship game, which he will coach this Friday night.

Entering that contest, UNT leads the nation in total offense and scoring offense, ranks second nationally in passing offense and is fourth nationally in turnover margin.

Renowned for his work with quarterbacks, Morris has either coached, developed or recruited Patrick Mahomes, Baker Mayfield, John Mateer, Cam Ward, Chandler Morris and Drew Mestemaker, among others.

Fans can purchase season tickets for 2026 Cowboy Football now at okstate.com/tickets or by calling 877-ALL-4-OSU.

That is the time for questions, which will take place in a casual, breakout-style format.
  • There is no reserved seating for members of the media in the room for the welcome event, but there is a platform in the back for cameras.
