Find your retail therapy fix at Krazy Daze, Stillwater’s largest community-wide retail sales event, from Wednesday, July 19 through Sunday, July 23.
From Lakeview Pointe and Pioneer Square Shopping Centers to The Strip, Campus Corner, and Downtown Stillwater, there will be national chains and boutique shops all over town offering summer-time sales for all ages.
Some retailers will feature sidewalk sales, while some will have sales racks located inside – and some will have both. Retailers across Stillwater will offer great back-to-school, and even early Christmas, shopping opportunities for residents as well as the thousands of visitors attending the OSU Animal Science Big 3 Field Days (July 18-20) and Eskimo Joe’s 48th Anniversary Celebration
(July 17-23).
Visit Stillwater has created a landing page to assist local businesses in their efforts to market their sales and promotions at VisitStillwater.org/events/krazy-daze/. Simply provide your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, store hours (if different from regular hours), and sales, deals, and steals and we will help get the word out to ring your registers.
All retail businesses that will have any type of sale or promotion during Krazy Daze are encouraged to fill out the form provided at VisitStillwater.org/events/krazy-daze/. The first fifty businesses that submit their form can pick up 10 reusable tote bags from the Visit Stillwater office. The bags are expected to arrive in July and will feature the new Krazy Daze logo and can be used to enhance individual retail promotions.
Visit Stillwater will also coordinate another Ring Registers promotion for residents and visitors who save their receipts and submit them online or in-person to win gift cards to the Stillwater business of their choice.
There will be 9 total drawings as follows:
• 4 individuals spending over $100 will receive a $50 gift card.
• 3 individuals spending over $250 will receive a $100 gift card.
• 2 individuals spending over $500 will receive a $250 gift card.
We intend to ensure a greater number of local businesses, residents, and visitors will learn of various shopping opportunities throughout the community which will keep consumer expenditures local and also increase visitor spending.
