STILLWATER – Oklahoma State’s women’s tennis team is set to host the second annual Big 12 Fall Invite at the Greenwood Tennis Center this weekend.
The tournament features some of the top talent in the country from across the Big 12 Conference. Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Kansas, Kansas State, Baylor, Texas Tech, Iowa State and West Virginia will all be in action this weekend in Stillwater.
Ayumi Miyamoto will look to defend her doubles championship from last year’s invite where she took down a Texas Tech duo, 8-4, with former Cowgirl, Mhai Sawangkaew.
Five Cowgirls will join Miyamoto this weekend with Raquel Gonzalez, Amber Hochstatter, Kristina Novak, Sofia Rojas and Alana Wolfberg all set to compete.
Doubles play will begin on Friday at 10 a.m. (CST) with singles following at 1 p.m. (CST). Updated results and times will be posted on the official ITA website and on Twitter.
