The Basics
The No. 4 Oklahoma State equestrian team closes out the regular season against Big 12 rival TCU on Wednesday, at the Pedigo-Hull Equestrian Center. The Cowgirls look to win their third straight Big 12 meet. OSU leads the series against TCU 28-16, with a 14-2 home record against the Horned Frogs. The Cowgirls and Horned Frogs have split the last 10 matchups.

About the Cowgirls
Head coach Larry Sanchez, in his 26th year at the helm, leads the Cowgirls alongside sixth-year assistant Laura Brainard, third-year assistant Carter Anderson, second-year assistant Alle Durkin and consultant Jody Brainard.

Conference Leaders
The Cowgirls went 4-2 against Big 12 opponents last season, including two wins on their way to the program’s first ever conference championship four-peat, something no team in the Big 12 had previously accomplished.

An Oklahoma State Win Would...
- Improve its home record against TCU to 15-2
- Improve its conference record to 4-2
- Be its third-straight conference win
- Improve its season-record to 8-4
- Be head coach Larry Sanchez’ 29th win over TCU

  • Senior Riley Hogan picked up two wins against Fresno State. She has 62 combined career wins and sits third place in OSU history for combined career wins. She also has 40 career Fences wins, the most in Cowgirl history.
  • Claire McDowall has a 7-3-1 record and earned her fifth MOP this season against Fresno State. She currently sits at fifth place in OSU history for Horsemanship wins. Coming off her second consecutive All-American selection, she looks to add to one of the highest win totals in Horsemanship in Cowgirl history.
  • Senior Quincee Clark is 7-3-1 on the season. She has 29 career wins in Reining and has a season-high score of 73.75. The captain earned an MOP in the previous matchup against TCU
  • June Roberson is 8-2-1 on the season and is averaging a score of 74.68 in Horsemanship. The junior was named to the All-Championship Horsemanship team at the NCEA Championship and earned Big 12 Rider of the Month in March last season.
  • Freshman Gable Gering scored a 91.5 in Flat this season against SMU. Her score was the highest score by any OSU freshman in the event and was half a point away from tying the school record in the event.
  • Emma FIliatreau holds an 8-3 record this season. She has collected MOP honors against Baylor, UC Davis, SMU and Fresno State. The sophomore also set a new career-high at Fresno State with a 74.5 score, tying the season high for all OSU reiners.
