(STILLWATER, Oklahoma / Nov. 5, 2017) – The Oklahoma State football team continued to hold a top-15 ranking in the latest set of national polls, as the Cowboys checked in at No. 12 in the Associated Press Top 25 and No. 15 in the USA Today Amway Coaches Poll, both of which were released Sunday.

Oklahoma State (7-2; 4-2 Big 12) has now been ranked in the top 15 of at least one of the national polls for 17 consecutive weeks, dating back to Nov. 13, 2017.

The Cowboys are coming off their second loss of the season, as they were downed by No. 5/7 Oklahoma, 62-52, in a wild edition of the Bedlam Series on Saturday. OSU's loss dropped the Cowboys into a tie for third place in the Big 12 standings with three weeks remaining in the regular season.

The Pokes are joined in the rankings by a quartet of Big 12 teams. Oklahoma (No. 5/7) leads the pack, followed by TCU (No. 8/9), OSU, West Virginia (No. 23/RV) and Iowa State (No. 24/23).

Oklahoma State will play its sixth and final road game of the season this week when the Cowboys travel north to Ames for a conference clash with Iowa State. Kickoff at Jack Trice Stadium is set for 11 a.m. CT on either ESPN2 or ABC (check your local listings).
