(STILLWATER, Oklahoma / June 7, 2018) – The Oklahoma State basketball program has agreed to a three-game series with the Colonial Athletic Conference champions, College of Charleston, that will see the Cougars visit Gallagher-Iba Arena on Nov. 18, 2018 and once again in the 2020-21 season.

On top of the two games in Stillwater, OSU will return to Charleston’s TD Arena to face the Cougars in 2019-20.

Last season, Charleston posted a 26-8 record and won the CAA regular season and tournament titles. The Cougars earned a No. 13 seed in the NCAA Tournament and took No. 4 seed Auburn to the wire in a 62-58 loss. The Cougars finished the season at No. 61 in the RPI.

The matchup in December will be the first meeting between the two programs since Charleston topped the Cowboys, 66-58, in the 2002 Great Alaska Shootout. In the only other meeting, OSU took down the Cougars, 67-49, on Dec. 18, 1996 in GIA.

Under the guidance of first-year head coach Mike Boynton, OSU recorded a school-record four wins over top-10 opponent and tied the school record with 15 home wins in 2017-18. Overall, the Cowboys won 21 games and advanced to the third round of the NIT.

Cowboy basketball season tickets start at just $150 for 2018-19. For more information or to get your tickets today call 877-ALL-4-OSU or visit okstate.com/tickets.
