(STILLWATER, Oklahoma / March 14, 2018) – Fresh off its 80-68 win over Florida Gulf Coast in the opening round of the NIT, the No. 2 seed Oklahoma State basketball team will host No. 3 seed Stanford on Monday, March 19 in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

The Cardinal (19-15) won its opening round game over No. 6 seed BYU, 86-83, on Wednesday night in Palo Alto, California. Stanford finished in a tie for third in the PAC-12 standings at 11-7 in league play. The 2015 NIT champions have now won 12 of their last 13 NIT games, including their last six overall.
This will be just the fourth meeting between Stanford and OSU and the first since the 2011 NIT Season Tipoff opener in Madison Square Garden. The Cowboys lead the series with the Cardinal, 2-1, including a win in the lone matchup in GIA in 2010.
