(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Jan. 7, 2016) – The City of Stillwater is hosting a free valentines party for adults with developmental disabilities Friday, Feb. 5 at the City of Stillwater Community Center, 315 W. 8th Ave.

The party will be from 7 – 8:30 p.m. and participants can play games, enjoy snacks and dance the night away.

“The City of Stillwater puts on special events throughout the year for adults with developmental disabilities,” Parks and Recreation Supervisor Barbara Bliss said. “This is an opportunity for them to connect with others in the RoundUP group.”

RoundUP Stillwater began at the Stillwater Public Library to pull together people and organizations that support adults with developmental disabilities. The group plans social and learning activities, such as a new book club and an upcoming scrapbooking series.

The City of Stillwater Parks and Recreation and the Stillwater Public Library organize and present this event.

For more information about the party, contact Bliss at 405-533-8509 or email .
