STILLWATER - Oklahoma State’s 2025-26 men’s basketball slate is complete following this afternoon’s Big 12 Conference schedule release.

Tipoff times and television details will be announced at a later date.

After a one-year trial with 20 games, the league returns to its traditional 18-game format. The Cowboys will face each conference opponent at least once, with home-and-home matchups against Iowa State, TCU and UCF.

Ten of OSU’s 18 league games fall on Saturdays, including the conference opener at Texas Tech (Jan. 3) and the regular season finale at home against Houston (Mar. 7).

Oklahoma State enters the season with momentum following an exciting 2024-25 campaign. The Cowboys led the Big 12 in fastbreak possessions and averaged a school-record 9.1 steals per game.

Head coach Steve Lutz finished his debut season on a high note with a run to the NIT quarterfinals then reeled in the Big 12’s top-rated transfer portal class, per both On3 and HoopsHQ.

The Big 12, as a while, finished strong, posting the highest NCAA Tournament winning percentage of any conference (14-7). Arizona and BYU were Sweet 16 teams, Texas Tech made the Elite Eight and Houston advanced to the national title game.

The league is projected to be strong again in 2025-26 with six members included on ESPN’s Way-Too-Early Top-25.

As previously announced, the Cowboys will play 10 of its 13 non-conference games in Stillwater, opening with matchups against Oral Roberts (Tuesday, Nov. 4) and Texas A&M (Sunday, Nov. 9). They’ll also stage neutral site games in three NBA venues: Nov. 27 vs. Northwestern (Chicago), Dec. 6 vs. Grand Canyon (Phoenix) and Dec. 13 vs. Oklahoma (Oklahoma City).
