The Stillwater Bad Brad's Bar-B-Q is owned and operated by Jeff and Dana Thrash. It was started in September 1994 out of a small catering wagon on Perkins Road to test the market. The current location was opened in November of 1995. It offers full service dining and seats approximately 80 people in a rustic atmosphere filled with trophy size wildlife mounts and decor. We also provide off-site catering, deliveries and custom smoking for any occasion. "Brad" Barton is the founder and opened the original location in 1989 in Pawhuska, OK. Since then, 3 other Bad Brad's Bar-B-Q have swept across the stateffand started smokin'. Stillwater is the second, Yukon is the third, and our newest location - proudly crossing states lines, is in Portland, Texas. All four locations offer the same delicious Bar-B-Q with each being a bit different and unique in atmosphere. But of course, ours is the BEST!!! What makes Bad Brad's Bar-B-Q so special? We believe our successful Bar-B-Q originates with the moist, tender, smoked meats consistent with the basics of slow cooking. Only wood, heat, and smoke are used to cook our Bar-B-Q, never natural gas or electric heat. All our meats are USDA CHOICE cuts and we choose and supply only the finest types available. Beef Brisket, Pork Tenderloin, Polish Sausage, Hot Links, Turkey, Ham, Bologna, Pork Ribs, and Chicken are all served daily. They are seasoned with our special blend of spices and placed in huge smokers to slow smoke for hours. All meats are trimmed and hand-cut upon ordering and never pre-cut. Our side items are made fresh daily starting at 7 a.m.
